Our menu consists primarily of veg and non-veg sandwiches but also on the list are burgers, fries and hotdogs--perfect for anyone who's hungry and looking for something inexpensive and palatable. From those who want a fresh breakfast early in the morning, to those who want a quick, warm bite for lunch or a pick-me-up to soak up all that extra alcohol after a night out in Thamel, Sandwich Point is the one-stop shop. The bread is crunchy on the outside because they grill it for a bit, and it comes out fresh and soft. The salad stuffing in the sandwich, which is pre-soaked in iodine solution for about 15 minutes for food safety as mentioned on the menu, consists of shredded lettuce, diced onions, shreds of carrots and some cucumbers and tomatoes--every bit of which is crunchy and fresh. The portion of grilled chicken is plentiful, affording a hearty mouthful in each bite. Ketchup, homemade mayonnaise and mustard, with a splash of chilli sauce are added. The generous amount of these sauces, along with the slices of tomatoes and cucumber, makes the sandwich slightly juicy but not soggy. For additional seasoning, we sprinkle some salt and pepper and squeeze half a lemon over the salad.
