illegal purchase has been made, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.
Delivery Clause:
We deliver alcoholic beverages under the pretext that all individuals purchasing from our platform are
of legal drinking age. We assume no liabilities in an event that alcoholic beverages has been delivered to
minors or individuals under the legal drinking age
Indemnification
By ordering from us you indemnify Foodmandu of any losses or consequences arising from fraudulent
order or misrepresentation as to the legal age of the intended recipient of such alcoholic beverage order
Minimum order:
The minimum cart value for Foodmandu Bar is Rs. 1500. Orders below Rs. 1500 will not be processed
further.
