Keventers, creator of the iconic milkshake is India's first very own 'Made in India' brand. Established in 1922 by Edward Keventers, Keventers then became famed for its milkshakes. Acquired by Ram Krishna Dalmia in 1940, the brand was then revived in 2015 by
Agastya Dalmia, Aman Arora and Sohrab Sitaram. Keeping the vintage tone alive with its signature glass bottles, the trio have
completely revamped the brand in a way that makes it strike a chord with modern day consumers. Presently Keventers has over 250+
outlets across the world in cities like Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Dubai to name a few. The brand is also evolving and rapidly expanding and is on its way to making a splash all around the world.
Keventers has been a cultural icon for generations, a nearly 100-year-old name in the Indian dairy sector, once synonymous with ice cream carts in Lutyens’ Delhi, is now a hip brand for new-age consumers.
Sepia-toned buildings, horse-pulled carriages, uniformed British soldiers and muddy lanes no longer dominate the streets of India but the nostalgia of an India from yesteryear remains. The change that has taken place over the course of all these decades is nothing short of dramatic. Yet, Keventers has endured through all these ups and downs, carrying on over legacies spanning over four generations.
