The Lazy Gringo
It was started by a team of American families who lived in Kathmandu and loved Mexican food. Founder Will Smith says, “We do get a lot of suggestions to add more stuff to the menu but we just want to make the menu very simple so that our guests won’t have to turn page after page”. They have a short, very sweet menu.
The Lazy Gringo has a trained staff of wonderful Nepali men and women cooking authentic Mexican food and making your time at the restaurant a thoroughly wonderful experience.
