Haadi Bistro & Cafe was established in 2018 AD with a vision to bring authentic biryani flavors to the people of Kathmandu. Our founders fell in love with the rich taste of biryanis during their travels across South Asia and were determined to recreate those memorable flavors back home. Starting with a small outlet in Basantapur, Kathmandu, we focused on using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients and age-old cooking techniques. Within a few years, our biryani, along with other dishes, has become a preferred choice among Kathmandu residents. This has encouraged us to expand with more outlets while retaining the quality and tradition. We have been able to open our outlets in popular locations like Boudha and Samakhushi Marg in addition to the original outlet in Basantapur.
